All our jewellery is handmade and whilst we do dispatch orders as soon as we can, we suggest allowing 3-12 working days for jewellery to be finished and ready to ship, although often it is much sooner than this.

If for any reason you are not happy with your jewellery please get in touch within 21 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.
Earrings (for hygiene reasons), Engraved and Bespoke items are non returnable.
