What are your delivery prices? +
When will my order be delivered? +
This varies depending on the item. Some items we hold in stock but others we make to order. If you would like the item for a special date then it is best to get in touch and we can let you know how soon it can be delivered. We can generally accommodate any deadline as long as we have been told.
On the whole most items are shipped within 2-3 days of the order being placed and they are sent UPS so are delivered to the UK the next working day.
Can I return my order if I am not happy with it? +
Absolutely. We offer a 14-day refund policy as long as the item has not been worn or damaged. Please get in touch via emailinfo@catherinezoraida.com and we will give you all the details to return it.
However please note that earrings due to hygiene reasons cannot be refunded. Bespoke items that are made to measure or adapted to your specifications unfortunately cannot be refunded as they have been specially made to for you and we cannot re-sell.
Do you offer a bespoke service? +
Yes, in fact we continuously have commissions that we are working on in our workshop throughout the year. If there is something you have always wanted to make or have an idea for piece, we can even re-design old pieces into something new and exciting. My jewellery has tarnished, how do I clean it? +
Do not panic, this can easily be removed using a special cleaning cloth which you can buy online here. Not only do they remove tarnish but they also prevent tarnishing from happening again. Please also see our Top Tips for looking after your jewellery to keep your jewellery looking beautuful.
What ring size am I, and how do I measure my finger? +
You can find your ring size using our size guide. This will allow you to convert ring sizes.
We can also send you a free ring sizer to help measure the correct size. Please contact us at info@catherinezoraida.com and we can pop one in the post for you.

Are the products pictured actual size? +
Unfortunately is is not possible to have the pictures actual size as computer and phone screens vary in size. However we always try to put as much detail in the description but any queries please don't hesitate to get in touch via email info@catherinezoraida.com or call us on 01285752751.
How do I know if my order is confirmed? +
You will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order, please check your junk mail if you have not received this as it’s very important you can check all the details are correct on your order, including your shipping details. Please get contact us as soon as possible of there is anything you need to change or update.
How can I pay? +
You can pay via all major credit cards, apple pay, google pay, paypal, klarna and bitcoin.
Do you offer gift wrapping? +
We offer our gift wrapping service for £5 (per item). Please just tick the gift wrapping box and this will be added to your order and you can add a personal message.
Refunds +
Please note that any bespoke or engraved pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable (unless faulty). To check on the status of an order, please email support@catherinezoraida.com with you order number and we can update you.
How to care for your jewellery +
Care
Always remove jewellery before swimming & showering. Remove when applying lotions & potions.
Clean your jewellery regularly using your cleaning cloth.
Storage
Clean your jewels before storing for long time periods.
Use anti-tarnish strips placed with jewellery to prevent tarnishing. Store each piece separately to avoid tangles.
Tarnishing
Gently polish with your jewellery cleaning cloth.
Silver dip works well to remove tarnish on silver & gold plated silver.
Cleaning silver and gold plated jewellery.
Mix a mild liquid soap and warm water in a bowl to create a foamy solution. Place the jewellery in the water and leave for several minutes. - Take the jewellery out of the water and use a soft cloth to rub the items, taking care to wipe all surface areas.
Gemstones
Use mild washing up liquid, rinse in clean water then dry with your jewellery cleaning cloth.
