DELIVERY
GENERAL
All our jewellery is handmade and whilst we do dispatch orders as soon as we can, we suggest allowing at least to 3 (but sometimes it may be up to 12) working days for jewellery to be finished and ready to ship. Some items which are on Pre-Order, or which are made to order, will take a little longer. Please refer to the product description for more information or please contact us at support@catherinezoraida.com
If you need your order urgently please get in touch to let us know the date you need your order by so that we can make sure it's ready in time.
PRE-ORDER
When a product is on pre-order, there will usually be a note on the product page with an anticipated dispatch time and we will keep you updated as to when it is likely to be ready. As above, please do let us know if there is a particular date you need a piece of jewellery by and we will do all we can to achieve this for you.
SHIPPING
UK
Products under £50 are sent Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £2.95 - Once shipped the item will be delivered in 2-3 working days.
FREE DELIVERY with Royal Mail Tracked 48 on all orders over £50. Once shipped the item will be delivered in 2 working days.
Orders over £300 are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery. Once shipped the item will be delivered next day before 1pm.
Special Delivery - £8. Once shipped the item will be delivered next day before 1pm.
Channel Islands & Isle of Man
Products under £200 are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery - £8 - Once shipped the item should be delivered within 2-3 working days.
FREE DELIVERY with Royal Mail Special Delivery on orders over £200.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (Non EU)
International Delivery - £15 - once shipped delivery should be within 5-7 working days.
FREE delivery on all orders over £150
International Express Delivery - £25 (please choose on checkout)
EUROPE
International Delivery - £10 - once shipped delivery should be within 3-5 working days.

Please Note:
- All orders are fully insured and a signature will be required upon delivery of your order. N.B We cannot direct the shipper to leave your parcel anywhere, you will need to sign for the parcel in person.
- For orders outside of the UK the recipient may have to pay import duties or a formal customs entry fee either prior to or upon delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are advised to check these details themselves before placing the order. In the event of piece of jewellery being returned, these charges are non-refundable.
Tracking your Parcel
If you have ordered online you will receive an email to confirm that your items have been dispatched with your tracking details. If you are concerned you have not received your parcel please contact us via email at support@catherinezoraida.com
Late and Lost Deliveries
If your delivery has been delayed then please use the tracking number sent with the dispatch confirmation email to enable you to track your parcel.
We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch.
Delays can often be caused by customs checks, which can sometimes take time to clear.
Returns
Catherine Zoraida Jewellery is made using the finest materials and craftsmanship. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your jewellery please get in touch and we will be happy to arrange an exchange or full refund. You must get in touch within 14 working days of receiving your jewellery to be entitled to a full refund or exchange. Items must also be unworn and in their original condition.
Import duties and/or formal entry customs fees on International orders are non-refundable.
OUR RETURNS POLICY HAS BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL 8TH JANUARY FOR ORDERS PLACED FOR CHRISTMAS. PLEASE LET US KNOW BEFORE THEN IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM AND WE CAN HELP ARRANGE THAT.
Earrings
Due to hygiene reasons, earring cannot be returned.
Bespoke Pieces
Bespoke or specially adapted jewellery cannot be returned as it has been specifically designed for you only.
Ring Sizes
Ring sizes need to be specified when ordering but we can re-size rings at a later stage. A small fee will be charged.

Gift Cards
A Zoraida Gift Card cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash and cash refunds will not be available for products purchased with a Zoraida Gift Card.
Repairs
Our Gold re-plating service is great if you feel your jewellery needs a fresh dip of Gold. There is a small charge for this service.
Please contact us if your jewellery needs any adjustments or repair work and we will make sure it's back with you as soon as possible.
