Returns

Catherine Zoraida Jewellery is made using the finest materials and craftsmanship. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your jewellery please get in touch and we will be happy to arrange an exchange or full refund. You must get in touch within 14 working days of receiving your jewellery to be entitled to a full refund or exchange. Items must also be unworn and in their original condition.

Please e-mail support@catherinezoraida.com and we will send a link to our returns portal to enable you to create a returns label.

IMPORTANT Update to Our UK Returns Policy - Effective 24th September 2025

From 24th September 2025, a £3 returns fee will apply to UK orders.  This means that any orders returned on or after this date will incur the fee, which will be automatically deducted from your refund when we process your return. 

Why?

Returns carry an unseen environmental impact, with each one requiring transportation, handling, and repackaging.  

While we will continue to cover the majority of the cost, this £3 contribution helps us maintain the quality and craftsmanship you expect while encouraging more mindful purchasing. Thank you for your continued support in making considered choices.

International Returns

We do not currently have a system for generating a postage label for returns from outside the UK.  Please e-mail support@catherinezoraida.com for details on how proceed.

Import duties and/or formal entry customs fees on International orders are non-refundable.

Earrings

Due to hygiene reasons, earring cannot be returned.

Bespoke Pieces

Bespoke or specially adapted jewellery cannot be returned as it has been specifically designed for you only.

Ring Sizes

Ring sizes need to be specified when ordering but we can re-size rings at a later stage. A small fee will be charged.

Gift Cards

A Zoraida Gift Card cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash and cash refunds will not be available for products purchased with a Zoraida Gift Card.

Repairs

Our Gold re-plating service is great if you feel your jewellery needs a fresh dip of Gold. There is a small charge for this service.

Please contact us if your jewellery needs any adjustments or repair work and we will make sure it's back with you as soon as possible.
