RETURNS

Catherine Zoraida Jewellery is made using the finest materials and craftsmanship. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your jewellery, we do offer a full refund so please e-mail support@catherinezoraida.com.

  • Please get in touch within 21 days of receipt of your order.
  • All items returned must be in new and unworn condition and in the original undamaged packaging
  • Earrings are non returnable due to hygiene reasons
  • Engraved, Made-­to­-order/Bespoke and Sample Sale items are non-returnable
  • Sale items are eligible for exchange only, and cannot be returned for a refund
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If you purchased your item as part of a Set, be aware the full set must be returned
  • A Zoraida Gift Card cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash and cash refunds will not be available for products purchased with a Zoraida Gift Card.

RETURN FEES

  • UK orders: Returns via our Returns Portal will be subject to a £5 return fee.
  • International orders: We do not currently have a returns portal for non-UK orders but please e-mail support@catherinezoraida.com for assistance.   Import duties and/or formal entry customs fees on International orders are non-refundable.

PROCESSING YOUR RETURN

  • We aim to process all returns within 10 working days, once received back at our studio.
  • You will receive an email once your return has been processed at our studio
  • All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Please note it can take up to 7 working days for your credit card or bank to credit back your account
  • All exchange orders will be shipped once we have processed your return
  • If you have requested store credit, this will be applied on the day that your return is processed

Please note that we cannot refund any shipping charges and we are not responsible for any loss or theft of the item in transit. If you experience any issues with our prepaid returns label, please contact us at support@catherinezoraida.com

REPAIRS

We offer a 12 month warranty on all our products and will repair or replace and/or re-plate jewellery free of charge if you contact us within this period.

Outside the warranty period there may be a small charge associated with repairing or re-plating.

Please do get in touch with support@catherinezoraida.com and we can send a link to our Returns Portal (returns for faulty items within the warranty period are free of charge).
