If you have jewellery you no longer wear, we can recycle it for you to give it new life. We will refine your precious metals to make beautiful new jewellery which will then be sold in our online store to create a more circular jewellery industry. 

To get started:

If you have any silver, gold or platinum jewellery that you no longer wear we can recycle it and can offer you a credit note towards any Zoraida purchase!  Please contact us here and we can create a label for you which will enable you to send your jewellery to us or, if you don't have access to a printer, we can post it to you. Our labels are Royal Mail Special Delivery and up to a value of £2500.00. Collection can be arranged via your postman/woman or you can take your parcel to the nearest Post Office. Please make sure your parcel is packaged securely. Once your parcel arrives we can assess the jewellery, weigh it and then we can email you with your credit note! Please be aware that if your jewellery is not hallmarked we can test it, that's no problem at all, but if it comes back as non precious metal we will let you know and you will need to arrange collection or we can take payment over the phone for the return shipping, If you have any queries please do not hesitate to get in touch with us support@catherinezorida.com we are always here to help.
