Christmas Delivery Dates

Last shipping day for guaranteed delivery before Christmas - International (non UK) orders Tuesday 14th December; UK orders Tuesday 21st December.

We are open and shipping however things are a little different than normal.

We are still making orders and taking orders but we are taking the recommended measures to ensure safety and therefore these changes means we are processing orders more slowly than usual.

Orders are currently being despatched within approximately 5-12 working days. Some items are made to order, this means that they will take a little longer. Please refer to the product description for more information or please contact us at support@catherinezoraida.com 

If you need your order urgently please get in touch to let us know the date you need your order by so that we can make sure its ready in time. Our pieces are handmade and can take around 1-2 weeks to make.

Products under £50 are sent Royal Mail Tracked - £2.95 -  Once shipped the item will be delivered in 2-3 working days.

FREE DELIVERY with Royal Mail Tracked on all orders over £50.

USA Delivery

DHL Tracked - £12.00

FREE delivery with DHL Tracked on all orders over £200.

Once shipped the item will be delivered in 3-5 working days.

DHL Express - £22.00 – Once shipped the item will be delivered in 2-3 working days.

European and Switzerland Delivery

DHL or Royal Mail Tracked - £15.00

FREE delivery with DHL or Royal Mail Tracked on all orders over £200.

Once shipped the item will be delivered in 1-5 working days.

Though please expect delays due to COVID-19

Please note that since the 1st January 2021 European orders now have to pay VAT on delivery.

International Delivery

Royal Mail Tracked - £15.00

FREE delivery with Royal Mail Tracked on all orders over £200.

Once shipped the item will be delivered in 5-10 working days.

DHL Express - £22.00 – Once shipped the item will be delivered in 2-3 working days.

Please Note:

• All orders are fully insured and a signature will be required upon delivery of your order. N.B We cannot direct the shipper to leave your parcel anywhere, you will need to sign for the parcel in person.
• For orders outside of the UK the recipient may have to pay import duties or a formal customs entry fee either prior to or upon delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are advised to check these details themselves before placing the order.

Tracking your Parcel

If you have ordered online you will receive an email to confirm that your items have been dispatched with your tracking details. If you are concerned you have not received your parcel please contact us via email at support@catherinezoraida.com

Late and Lost Deliveries

If your delivery has been delayed then please use the tracking number sent with the dispatch confirmation email to enable you to track your parcel.

We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch.

Delays can often be caused by customs checks, which can sometimes take time to clear.

Returns

Catherine Zoraida Jewellery is made using the finest materials and craftsmanship. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your jewellery please get in touch and we will be happy to arrange an exchange or full refund. You must get in touch within 14 working days of receiving your jewellery to be entitled to a full refund or exchange. Items must also be unworn and in their original condition.

Earrings, due to hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.

Bespoke or specially adapted jewellery cannot be returned as it has been specifically designed for you only.

Ring sizes need to be specified when ordering but we can re-size rings at a later stage. A small fee will be charged.

Gift Cards

A Zoraida Gift Card cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash and cash refunds will not be available for products purchased with a Zoraida Gift Card.

Repairs

Our Gold re-plating service is great if you feel your jewellery needs a fresh dip of Gold. There is a small charge for this service.

Please contact us if your jewellery needs any adjustments or repair work and we will make sure it's back with you as soon as possible. 

Returns

Exchange or full refund within 14days. Please email Support@catherinezoraida.com before you return any items.
