Simply capture a fingerprint in soft wax and return your impressions to our workshop, where we’ll transform one into a one-of-a-kind necklace in sterling silver, 18ct gold plated silver or 9ct solid gold.

Shipping

All our jewellery is handmade and whilst we do dispatch orders as soon as we can, we suggest allowing 3-12 working days for jewellery to be finished and ready to ship, although often it is much sooner than this.

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your jewellery please get in touch within 21 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.

Earrings (for hygiene reasons), Engraved and Bespoke items are non-returnable.

We ship DDP to the USA and eligible EU countries, so all applicable import duties are covered and there should be no additional charges on delivery.

To keep your jewellery looking its best please put it on after applying potions and lotions. It should also be cleaned regularly with a soft dry cleaning cloth and stored in a cool, dry place, ideally in individual pouches.
